Detailed background
As a global executive, entrepreneur, and mentor, Larry Morgan is passionate about building winning teams and companies in intensely competitive international markets. He has worked on five continents and has lived in Singapore and the Netherlands for over a decade. After receiving his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Villanova University, Larry forged a distinguished career with IBM, AT&T, and some leading global telecommunications organizations.
He completed the Executive Management Program at the University of Southern California (USC) before moving overseas, where he led many corporate expansion initiatives and built new multi-million-dollar businesses worldwide. He is comfortable wearing many hats. He has succeeded as President and CEO for several multinational companies and start-ups and served on Boards in the U.S., Asia, and Europe. He enjoyed turning around underperforming businesses by driving sales, reducing expenses, and providing outstanding customer service. He has been part of divestitures and IPOs valued at almost $2 billion.
Most recently, Larry served as the CEO of TotalABA, providing thousands of therapists with software to help people with autism spectrum disorders. He also shares his time as an investor, board member, Entrepreneur-in-Residence, coach, and mentor to students and executives – domestically and internationally. Larry has demonstrated the ability to work effectively in many cultures throughout his career. His proven track record, strong people skills, and business acumen, combined with his creativity and innovation, have enabled him to build shareholder value consistently. He has frequently presented at conferences and provided insightful commentary to the Research Board and CNBC television. Larry makes his home with his wife, Cindy, in Southern California.
